Rather than treating testing as a standalone service, we look at the data through the lens of the formula—helping you understand what your results actually mean and what to do next.

We work closely with emerging and established personal-care brands, offering the flexibility and attention that can be difficult to find in larger laboratories. For specialized analyses, we also partner with qualified third-party laboratories, giving you access to the testing your product needs without sacrificing the personal relationship.

No, and we say so on every stability page. Stability studies run under monitored in-house environmental conditions, which is real data for shelf-life and development decisions but is not ISO 17025 certified data. Microbial testing and EU/UK filings are run by certified third parties and coordinated by us.

Study length is fixed by the program you buy, for example three months of accelerated stability or twelve months at room temperature. In-house stability reports are delivered within 10 business days after the study ends. Regulatory-prep deliverables arrive within 10 business days of receiving your complete inputs. Micro panels and EU or UK filings carry the partner lab's stated turnaround, which we pass through and confirm on your invoice.

You order it here, we send the sample to the certified partner lab, we track the run, and we return the result to you with your other documentation. You pay one price and keep one point of contact. The partner lab and its accreditation are named on the product page once the partner is confirmed.

One sealed sample per SKU in the packaging you intend to sell in, plus the formula sheet and your batch record. Exact quantities, labeling, and the ship-to address are sent by email after your order is confirmed. Samples go to Washington D.C. 20003.
